Tim Barnes
Tim Barnes is a native of Bushnell, graduating from South Sumter High School in 1966. He attended the University of Tampa, and Georgia Southern University. Tim enjoys salt water fishing and hunting. He and his associates are well acquainted with all of Sumter County, and will be glad to assist you with you requirements in the area of Real Estate. Education and ExperienceTim obtained his real estate license in 1987, and began work in Bushnell. After attending Central Florida School of Real Estate, he got his brokers license in 1989, and opened his first real estate office in Bushnell. In April, 1996 his office converted to and ERA franchise, and located the office on West County Road 48. Tim also holds a license with the Florida Department of Insurance. Service Area and SpecialtiesTim is the broker of the office, and has knowledge of all of the areas of Sumter County. His office covers any properties located in Bushnell, Coleman, Center Hill, Sumterville, The Villages, Wildwood, Webster, Oxford, Lake Panasoffkee, Ridge Manor, Groveland, Mascotte, Leesburg, Fruitland, Lady Lake, Floral City, and Inverness.
